Shipping Policy

At WOD-Bod®, we’re committed to getting your essentials to you quickly, securely, and in top condition. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, restocks, or high-volume periods.

  • Shipping Carrier: We primarily ship through FedEx, UPS, or USPS with service options determined by order weight, destination, and delivery speed selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


International Shipping

  • Availability: International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your destination.

  • Customs & Duties: All international orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your WOD-Bod® order total.

  • Import Issues: If an international package is refused, returned, or destroyed due to customs issues, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the items, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please reach out to the curier first.  


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. WOD-Bod® is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship on time, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will communicate updates as needed.
