At WOD-Bod®, we care deeply about the quality of our products and the trust of our community. Because many of our ingredients are sensitive and intended for formulation use, we have to keep things clean and consistent — which means we don’t accept returns.


Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once shipped. This helps us ensure that every item you receive is fresh, safe, and uncompromised.


If Something Isn’t Right

If there’s an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item or something arriving damaged — let us know within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll take care of it by issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please include your order number and clear photos when reaching out.


Missing an Item?

If you notice something’s missing, don’t worry — just email us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll verify and get it sorted out quickly.


Please Inspect Upon Delivery

We recommend checking your full order right away. Any damage, missing items, or order issues must be reported within 3 business days to be eligible for correction.


Cancellations

  • Within 12 hours: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if fulfillment hasn’t started.

  • After 12 hours but before shipment: You may still cancel, but store credit will be issued.

  • After shipment: We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been shipped.
