Preparation

Step 1:

Get all mixing utensils and equipment ready.
Disinfect them and your work surface.
Please also sanitize the container into which you wish to fill the finished product.
Wear disposable gloves.

Production

Measure phase A into a container that fits well with your mixer, like a beaker or Pyrex.
Measure phase B into another container that will be easy to pour into phase A, like a beaker or Pyrex.
Start mixing the LUMOROL K 5229.
Add phase B to phase A in a stream while continuing to mix.

Mix gently using a low-shear setup—an overhead stirrer or a single-beater hand mixer works best. Keep it steady for 10 minutes until the blend is fully uniform.
