WOD-Bod® Shipping Policy

Processing Times

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard processing time is 3–7 business days. Larger or bulk orders may require additional time, especially if not forecasted in advance.

Please note:

  • Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order, not the shipping transit time.

  • Expedited shipping speeds up delivery after the order leaves our facility—it does not rush order processing.

  • If you need priority processing, please email us at buffandbold@wod-bod.com after placing your order to inquire about rush options.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship via UPS, Fed-Ex, and USPS.

Available options may include:

  • USPS First Class (for lightweight orders)

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS Expedited (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.)

Important:

  • All orders are insured.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and chosen carrier.

  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries using USPS International, Fed-Ex, and UPS Worldwide services.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in your shipping charge.
We do not alter customs declarations or mark packages as gifts—please don’t ask.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections or documentation requirements.


Shipping Address Errors

If you provide an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping charges

  • Carrier intercept or rerouting fees

  • Re-shipping costs, if the order is returned

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

All orders are insured. If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Email us within 5 business days of the noted delivery date.

  • Save all packaging materials for inspection or claim purposes.

  • If shipped on your own freight account, you are responsible for filing the claim.

Package marked delivered but not received?

  • First, check with neighbors and your local post office or UPS office.

  • If unresolved within 7 business days, contact us for assistance.


Freight Forwarders

If you're using a freight forwarder:

  • Our responsibility ends when the shipment is delivered to the forwarder.

  • We are not liable for damages or losses incurred after delivery to the forwarder.

  • Items refused or returned by the forwarder must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery to qualify for return authorization.


Weather Advisory

You are responsible for understanding local weather conditions. We do not guarantee product stability if shipped during high heat or freezing temperatures. If you're ordering temperature-sensitive products, we recommend selecting expedited shipping.
